By completing the below in respect to your Package Sign up, you have confirm that:

• you are authorised to operate on the nominated account; and

• you have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out in the relevant Package Agreement. 

 

Once you have answered the questions and agreed to the T&C's, we will activate your package and get down to business.
